Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.artletstudios.com, operated by Artlet Studio Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. 

 

1. Shipping Areas 

We currently ship: 

  • Within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) – all emirates 

  • Internationally – All countries Shape 

2. Order Processing Time 

  • Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.  

  • Orders placed on weekends, or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

  • Ambient Next Day Delivery Cut-off 5:00 PM within UAE  

  • Ambient same day delivery cut-off 2pm within Dubai only  

 

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times 

3.1 Domestic Shipping (within UAE) 

We use trusted e-commerce fulfilment centers for deliveries across the UAE.  

  • Standard / NextDay Delivery 

  • Delivery time: Next business day after dispatch within UAE 

  • Cost: AED 20 per order for UAE, for remote areas within UAE it will be additional AED 10 

  • Same day delivery costs are AED 30  

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. 

3.2 International Shipping 

We offer international shipping via trusted e-commerce fulfilment partners  

  • Delivery time: 
    Typically after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local customs processes. 

  • GCC – 2 Working days  

  • Other Countries – 3 Working days  

  • Shipping cost: 
    Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and parcel size. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) 

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. 

  • These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the customer’s responsibility. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance. Shape

 

4. Delivery Issues 

4.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Address 

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. 

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or failure to receive the shipment: 

  • We can reship to the correct address (additional shipping charges apply), or 

  • For non custom products, we can refund the order amount excluding original shipping charges. 

 

4.2 Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages 

If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts and the package is returned to us: 

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges apply), or 

  • For non custom products, we can refund the order amount excluding original and return shipping charges. 

4.3 Delays 

We are not liable for delays caused by: 

  • Courier operations or routing 

  • Customs clearance (for international orders) 

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details 

  • Weather conditions, strikes, or public holidays 

We will, however, assist you in tracking your parcel and coordinating with the courier where possibleShape

 

5. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items 

We take care to pack your stationery and gift items securely. 

5.1 Damaged Parcels or Items 

If your order arrives damaged: 

  1. Take clear photos of: 

  • The outer packaging 

  • The damaged item(s) 

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at artletstudiodesigns@gmail.com with: 

  • Your order number 

  • Photos and a brief description of the issue 

After reviewing, we may, at our discretion: 

  • Send a replacement, or 

  • Provide store credit, or 

  • Issue a refund for the damaged item(s). 

5.2 Missing or Incorrect Items 

If an item is missing from your parcel, or you receive an incorrect item: 

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and details. 

  • We will arrange to send the missing/correct item as soon as possible. 

 

6. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges 

If you need to return or exchange an item (where allowed under our Returns & Refunds Policy): 

  • For returns/exchanges due to change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong item/quantity: 

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated. 

  • For returns due to defects, damage, or our error: 

  • If we confirm the issue, we will cover reasonable return shipping or offer an alternative solution (replacement, store credit, or refund).

7. Special Notes for Stationery & Custom / Personalized Items 

  • Custom / Personalized Products 
    Items that are personalized (e.g., names, initials, custom designs, company logos) are generally nonrefundable and nonreturnable, except in cases of manufacturing defect or error on our part. 
    Extended processing and delivery times may apply; these will be mentioned on the product page. 

  • Gift Sets & Fragile Packaging 
    We pack gift sets and delicate items with care. Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging that does not affect the product itself is not considered a defect
